1. Acceptance of Terms
By applying to, enrolling in, or participating in the Triii Thereputics Affiliate Program ("Program"), you ("Affiliate," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Triii Thereputics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").
If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not participate in the Program. Your continued participation in the Program constitutes ongoing acceptance of these terms and any modifications thereto.
2. Program Enrollment
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Submit a complete and accurate affiliate application
- Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have a valid website, blog, social media presence, or other approved promotional channel
- Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Not have been previously terminated from the Program
We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason. Approval of your application does not guarantee continued participation in the Program.
3. Commission Structure
Affiliates earn commissions on qualifying sales referred through their unique affiliate links. The standard commission rate is 20.00% of the net sale amount, unless otherwise specified in your affiliate dashboard.
Commission Qualifications
- Commissions are earned only on completed, paid transactions
- Refunded, disputed, or chargebacked orders will result in commission reversal
- Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link) are prohibited and will not earn commissions
- Cookie duration is 30 days from the initial click
- Commission rates may vary by product, promotion, or affiliate tier
Two-Tier Referrals
Eligible affiliates may earn additional commissions on sales generated by affiliates they recruit to the Program. Two-tier commission rates and eligibility are determined at our sole discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments are processed monthly for the previous month's approved commissions
- Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD (or equivalent)
- Commissions are held for a 30-day review period before becoming payable
- Payment methods include PayPal, bank transfer (ACH), or check (where available)
- You are responsible for any taxes owed on affiliate earnings
- We may require tax documentation (W-9, W-8BEN, or equivalent) before processing payments
Commissions not claimed within 12 months of becoming payable may be forfeited.
5. Affiliate Links & Tracking
Required Link Attributes
- All affiliate links must include
rel="nofollow" and rel="sponsored" attributes
- Example:
<a href="your-affiliate-link" rel="nofollow sponsored">Link Text</a>
- This is required by FTC guidelines and search engine policies
- Failure to include these attributes may result in termination
You are solely responsible for ensuring your affiliate links function correctly. We are not responsible for technical issues, lost tracking, or commissions lost due to user behavior (ad blockers, cookie deletion, etc.).
Do not modify, cloak, or redirect affiliate links in ways that obscure tracking parameters. Link cloaking tools (e.g., Pretty Links, ThirstyAffiliates) are permitted as long as tracking remains functional.
